Britian, Germany and France (E3) have invoked a dispute resolution clause in respect of a multi-nation agreement. The agreement in short was that for international sanctions against Iran to be lifted, Iran would commit to curb their enrichment of Uranium. Iran have according to E3 reneged on that agreement. There are a number of different bites at the dispute resolution cherry through the clause. However, if these are unsuccessful the sanction will be re-imposed, which will have an impact upon international trade.
